Thanks to a Blue Earth County Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) grant, students at Minnesota State University, Mankato, who utilize the Crossroads Campus Cupboard will soon have access to frozen meat, fruits and vegetables due to the addition of a freezer at the food shelf.

This project was identified as part of Campus Cupboard’s support of students during the current pandemic. Typically, Campus Cupboard serves 15 students per week during the summer. Due to the economic impact of COVID, Campus Cupboard is now serving 60 to 80 students per week.
