U-S Senator Amy Klobuchar was only about 15 miles from a Russian air strike during a weekend visit to Poland.  She was near the border when missiles hit a Ukrainian training center.  Klobuchar posted video of Ukrainians arriving in Poland:

“We just spoke to a group of refugees…they’re coming in as you can see with their lives on their backs. With their dogs, with their families, so many women told us their husbands are back fighting.”

Klobuchar and a group of senators met with the U-S Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.  She also had dinner with Minnesota troops stationed near the Ukrainian border and said, “they make us proud.”
