The Ukrainian government confirms 67-year-old Jimmy Hill was killed Wednesday in Chernihiv, a city about 80 miles from Kyiv that has been suffering “heavy artillery” attacks.  Cheryl Hill Gordon posted on Facebook that her brother was killed while “waiting in a bread line with several other people when they were gunned down by Russian military snipers.  His body was found in the street by the local police. ”  Hill reportedly was gathering food for hospital patients.  The Star Tribune reports his longtime partner, a native of Ukraine, was hospitalized with multiple sclerosis and too sick to leave, as were the other remaining patients.
