Minnesota Senate DFL leaders are introducing new public safety proposals. Leaders announced the proposals yesterday that would focus on juvenile justice, community-led crime prevention, and new grant programming effort. DFL leaders are accusing Republicans of “stalling” on the issue. The new proposals would require about 500-million in funding over three years.
