Randy Bachman has canceled his April and May dates. He says, “The past six months have been the hardest of my entire life. Like many others, I have been struck by a series of health challenges. In my heart, soul and mind I feel fantastic, but physically I can’t perform at this time… I have many things to do and dreams to chase so stay tuned because there is lots to come.” His summer tour with Burton Cummings is still on.

The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert, April 20th, 1992 at London’s Wembley Stadium, will be screened on YouTube tomorrow (Wednesday) at 2pm ET. In addition to Queen, the show featured performances by Guns N’ Roses, Elton John, Roger Daltrey, David Bowie, Def Leppard and many others.

Documentaries on T. RexJohn Lennon and Leonard Cohen will be screened at the Tribeca Film Festival. They are Angelheaded Hipster: The Songs of Marc Bolan and T. Rex, which features an interview with Ringo StarrThe Lost Weekend: A Love StoryMay Pang’s reflections on her 18-month relationship with Lennon; and Hallelujah: Leonard Cohen, a Journey, a Song. The festival will be held in New York City from June 8th through the 19th.

Crowded House postponed the last four dates on their Australian tour because Neil Finn tested positive for COVID.

Mike Love and The Beach Boys will have The Temptations open six dates on their summer tour, from August 16th in Cincinnati through August 26th in Chautauqua, New York. Tickets for these new shows go on sale Friday.

ZZ Top have added 14 dates to their Raw Whisky tour. The new shows are from July 24th in Grantville, Pennsylvania though August 7th in Simpsonville, South Carolina; and August 17th in Sedalia, Missouri through August 25th in Indianapolis. Tickets go on sale Friday.

Robbie Robertson has posted on his socials a video tribute to his late Band-mate, Levon Helm, who died 10 years ago today (Tuesday) from cancer. He was 71.
